Acest tip de proiect implica destul de multe cunostinte de electronica, mecanica si diferite abilitati de "handyman" :), dar sa lasam toate aceste lucruri la o parte si sa discutam despre un circuit integrat care este folosit la controlul motoarelor pas cu pas, dispozitive care animeaza efectiv aceste masini. Desigur exista tot felul de motoare care ar putea fi folosite pentru miscarea liniara a axelor, dar motoarele pas cu pas constituie cea mai ieftina solutie pt un amator, acestea fiind foarte usor "reciclate" din echipamente dezafectate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-MAU9lzqdz98/TfpwlQGvdFI/AAAAAAAAAAc/usFbw_97W7E/s1600/140+%25281%2529.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" height="150" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-MAU9lzqdz98/TfpwlQGvdFI/AAAAAAAAAAc/usFbw_97W7E/s200/140+%25281%2529.jpg" width="200" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&amp;nbsp; Deci sa vorbim despre TB6560AHQ....&lt;br /&gt;Acest circuit integrat a capatat o imensa popularitate in comunitatea "homemade" datorita pretului accesibil si performantelor destul de ridicate. Am sa incerc sa explic cateva dintre problemele confruntate la construirea unui driver cu acest integrat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 - Diode pt Back EMF, sunt ele necesare??&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; - Nu, daca circuitul este utilizat in mod corespunzator (fara depasirea limitelor de curent sau tensiune, si este folosita o sursa de alimentare corespunzatoare) aceste diode nu isi au rostul. Circuitul integrat deja contine aceste diode. Cu toate acestea diodele externe ar putea fi utilizate, doar ca niste diode care ar putea influenta cat de cat functionarea ar fi unele ultrarapide, care din pacate costa mai mult decat circuitul integrat in sine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 - Optocuploare??&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Poate.... Eu sunt impotriva utilizarii optocuploarelor, DAR aceste dispozitive te pot salva de la cheltuieli mari :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3- Liniile DCY, TQ? La ce se folosesc?&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;- &amp;nbsp;TQ regleaza procentual curentul prin motor, aceste linii pot fi folosite pentru micsorarea curentului cand motorul e la pozitie fixa, in acest fel se elimina o parte din energia termica produsa de motor si driver, marind eficienta.Pentru reglajul liniei de TQ este recomandat un control dinamic, in aceasta privinta exista destule scheme pe internet, fie ca ele utilizeaza circuite clasice sau sunt pilotate de microcontroler.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- DCY controleaza curentul rezidual care apare cand tranzistorii pe una dintre fazele motorului schimba din ON in OFF, si redirectioneaza acest curent, mai exact DCY regleaza momentul in care se intampla acest lucru.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;4 - Rezistoarele de limitare a curentului?&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Foarte multi neglijeaza importanta acestor rezistoare si folosesc rezistoare obisnuite cu tolerante si inductante mari, lucru care duce la vibratii si conducere suboptimala. Pentru acest scop trebuie folosite rezistoare special concepute pt aplicatii de "Current sense" si trasee cat mai scurte pana/de la aceste rezistoare la masa (in special liniile PGNDA si PGNDB).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 - Pull-up pe liniile de comanda?&lt;br /&gt;- NU, acest circuit integrat deja contine rezistoare de pull-down interne.
